Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using The Fastest Horse (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
- Eligibility Requirements (IMPORTANT)
By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and
You are physically located within the United States.
The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 or by users located outside the United States. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the App.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to suspend or permanently terminate any account that is found to be in violation of these eligibility requirements, including accounts that provided false, misleading, or inaccurate information regarding age or location.
- Entertainment Purposes Only
The App is a simulated, game-based experience provided for entertainment purposes only. The App is not a trading platform, brokerage service, or investment tool.
All gameplay, scoring, leaderboards, and results are fictional and are not connected to real-world trading or financial performance.
Nothing in the App constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You should not rely on the App for making any financial or investment decisions.
- No Financial Advice
We are not registered investment advisors, brokers, dealers, or financial professionals. No content, data, or functionality provided through the App constitutes an offer, recommendation, or solicitation to buy, sell, or trade any securities or financial instruments.
You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make outside the App.
- Data Sources & Accuracy
The App may display market data provided by third-party sources. Such data may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or reliability of any data displayed in the App. All calculations and results are provided solely for gameplay purposes.
- Scoring, Winners, and Results
Game outcomes are determined by percentage changes in selected stock prices during the designated race period, as calculated by the App.
Ties may result in multiple winners.
We reserve the right to correct, adjust, void, or invalidate game results in cases of errors, technical issues, data inaccuracies, or system malfunctions.
Any prizes, rewards, or recognition offered through the App are promotional in nature and have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- User Conduct
You agree not to:
Cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate gameplay, or interfere with the normal operation of the App
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Post or transmit offensive, abusive, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by any person who accesses the App using your credentials or device.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
- Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Account termination may result in the loss of all gameplay data, rankings, and rewards.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
Data errors or inaccuracies
Delays or service interruptions
Software bugs or system failures
Unauthorized access or security breaches
Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date will be revised.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
